Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label provided with your order is securely attached to the outside.
Schedule a Pickup
Contact our authorized courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience, or drop off the parcel at a designated shipping point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the returned items meet our high quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
